Responsibilities:
- Provide luxury and professional client service to all clients.
- Assist in handling client complaints and process quality inspection, under supervision of boutique supervisor.
- Ensure visual merchandising is clean and displayed neatly at all times.
- Provide a memorable shopping experience by employing exceptional levels of customer service. Always be approachable, accessible, and gracious in all business interactions.
- Provide and maintain excellent, professional, and personalized service to customers
- Demonstrate expertise in all products and in-store promotions/activities
- Recognize sales opportunities when dealing with customers and be able to upsell/cross-sell at the point of services.
Requirements:
- At least 1 years of working experience in the related field is preferred.
- Comprehensive training will be provided
- Comfortable with flexible work schedule to meet the needs of the business, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- A good team player, service-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
