· Conduct training sessions and knowledge-sharing activities to enhance the expertise of team members.
· Play a key role in business development efforts, identifying and pursuing opportunities to expand the firm's client base.
· Participate in client prospecting, lead generation, and the development of marketing strategies to attract new clients.
· Leverage existing client relationships and referrals to enhance the firm's reputation and market presence.
