Job – Objective / Position Description:
To support operational requirements. Manage the Procurement process effectively. Develop strong relationship with other groups within the organisation and to support organisation goals and objectives.
Responsibilities (Key Result Areas & Activities)
· Assist in purchasing administrative processes to support outlets ordering needs
· Support Novitee system – Products List / Master Product List/ Financial reports
· Any adhoc duties relevant to purchasing function or operational needs
Required to - KNOW (Skills, Knowledge & Behaviours)
· Diploma in any field or obtained Professional Certificate relating to job role
· Experiences in procurement for large-scale centralized purchasing function including contract administration and contract law is an advantage
· Proficient in MS Office especially MS Word, MS Excel and ERP system
· Detail-oriented, mature and open mind to challenges
· Good communication skills
· Reliable and able to work in fast pace environment
· Able to converse and write in English & Chinese
