Job Descriptions
Administrative Support
- Provide general administrative support to the Division, including making travel arrangements, managing diaries, scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Provide administrative and logistics support for and assist in procurement of goods and services of external and internal meetings and events.
- Maintain proper records and documentation in relation to planning and organization of events.
Program Office Management
- Support implementation of major conferences and approved programmes and ensure close follow up with relevant stakeholders in the execution of activities.
- Assist with preparation, marketing and publicity of programmes.
- Consolidate and keep detailed records of feedback and learning points from the programmes.
Stakeholder/Industry Engagement
- Work jointly with relevant agencies, key industry players and overseas government counterparts to identify key areas of collaboration.
- Provide pre-trip and post-trip coordination and reporting of business missions and preparation of programmes and activities.
- Coordinate industry meetings and liaise with key stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Only Singaporean can apply.
- Degree in Business Admin/ Human Resource or relevant field
- Proficient in using Microsoft Offices
- Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
