- 5.5 days work week
- 9am to 6pm (Mondays to Fridays), Saturdays 9am to 1.00pm (after job confirmation will be alternate saturdays)
- Work location: Gul Circle (Near to MRT Station)
- Manage the operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing and follow up on purchase orders delivery and shipment schedules
- Monitor, determine inventory levels and purchase needs (purchase forecast / plan)
- Evaluate suppliers performance base on the organization criteria
- Select suitable suppliers in terms of reliability, product quality and cost-efficiency
- Build and maintain positive long-term supplier relationships
- Assist in audits on procurement related matters
- Any other adhoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- At least 2 to 3 years of purchasing expereince
- Purchasing expereince in ship supply industry or F&B Industry will be an advantage
