Drive business growth and lead day-to-day sales activities, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
Role:
- Generate new business by prospecting, promoting services, and developing client accounts.
- Manage client relationships, including negotiating rates and ensuring timely collections.
- Oversee all aspects of client finances, including statements of account and overall financial situation.
- Achieve targeted sales KPIs and prepare monthly reports for the commercial team.
- Actively contribute to improving the company’s customer relationship management (CRM) system.
- Collaborate with managers on securing deals with key global partners, both locally and internationally.
- Maintain and update a prospect list, regularly following up and evaluating potential clients.
- Gather client feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes based on process compliance.
- Monitor performance through a comprehensive reporting system, including weekly and monthly sales reports.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and reading).
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
- Strong interpersonal and client relationship-building skills.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and pay close attention to detail.
- Confidence interacting with people at all levels within an organization.
