Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Management: Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing, commission, and incentive consolidation for employees in Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand. Work closely with external payroll vendors to ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Employee Lifecycle: Spearhead the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, including work visa management, providing a smooth and positive experience for employees at every stage of their journey with our organization.
- COE Collaboration: Work closely with the Centre of Excellence team to develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices, contributing to the overall HR strategy and objectives.
- Data Management: Maintain and update HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of employee records, and generate relevant reports for management review.
- C&B Initiatives:
- Conduct and analyze salary surveys to ensure our compensation packages remain competitive in the market.
- Manage and administer medical and insurance programs, ensuring employee well-being and compliance with company policies.
Job Requirements:
- Only Singaporeans
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in a similar role.
- Preferably, experience in luxury retail, FMCG, or cosmetic sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of payroll processes and regulations in Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand, including commission and incentive consolidation.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and trends.
- Some experience in Compensation and Benefits is advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
