Responsibilities :
- Contact customers to coordinate delivery, installation schedules, and on-site product installation of ionizers.
- Prepare accurate delivery orders, service quotations, and follow up with customers regarding quotes and inquiries.
- Utilize technical equipment to conduct laboratory tests on ionizers, meticulously documenting results and preparing comprehensive reports for customers, sales, and/or marketing.
- Perform ionizer installations at customer locations, ensuring proper setup, and conduct wipe testing services as part of routine maintenance.
- Maintain an organized inventory of ionizers in the warehouse, distinguishing between new, on-hold, and disposal-bound ionizers, while also inspecting incoming products and preparing ionizers for disposal.
- Collaborate with shipping companies to ensure timely delivery for both outbound and inbound ionizers, obtaining competitive quotations for deliveries.
Requirements :
- Possess at least 1 year of field service technician experience
- Familiar with MS Office software
- Able to climb ladders (up to 2 feet high) and carry heavy loads during installations
