Quantity Surveyor
Job Description
- Prepare, maintain and manage tender documents of BOQ, tender clarifications and unit prices etc.
- Measure of quantities from drawings.
- Prepare tender documents to subcontractor / vendor for quotations.
- Manage tender administration and oversee project works.
- Evaluation of price comparison and costing summary.
- Other quantity surveying related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Quantity Survey/Architecture/lnterior Design or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
