Job Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of end-to-end recruitment process that involves requirements understanding, talent pool defining, sourcing, screening and selection of the right individuals.
- Involve in all recruitment related activities for on-campus and experience hiring.
- Act as a recruitment partner to understand deeply about why we are hiring, who we are hiring for, and how we are going to hire by partnering closely with the stakeholders, at the same time, provide expertise and assistance to all levels of stakeholders in recruitment related issues.
- Manage, prioritize and close talent searches within timeline and have experiences setting benchmarks, metrics and understand how to prioritize to hit the expected targets.
- Proactively approach passive candidates who are potentially a fit for the team and build a pipeline and a robust network of talents.
- Conduct a comprehensive interview during HR screening with the candidates to add value to help the departments hire the right individuals.
- Recommend ideas and initiatives for recruitment that will contribute to the long-range growth of the team, for example, implementing any new process and fine tune standard process for recruiting to deliver the highest quality results.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of full-time recruitment experience.
- Proficient in R&D engineer recruitment, preferably in the telecommunication and electronics industry.
- Experienced in conducting competency based assessment, able to interview and assess the candidates comprehensively.
- Independent, creative with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Target driven and able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Well versed of the talent market and able to build a robust network of target talents will be preferred.
- Experienced in recruiting passive candidates.
