Expectations:
1. Take ownership of the business and grow local product offerings that Australia like
- Figure out what is the right selection how to grow the product range for the Australian market
- Lead and work closely with the commercial team to expand the product range in Australia
2. Create a localized online site Australian love to shop
- Innovate and create a suitable online shopping experience for Australians
- Lead and work closely with the Product technology and online team to create the right merchandising experience
3. Reach out to Australian the Australian way
- Leverage market experience and knowhow to best outreach to Australian users/members
- Lead and work closely with the marketing team to market Krisshop product offering and and increase conversion with Australian users/members
Requirements (must have):
- Experience with Australian market, native or work
- Experience in online and ecommerce industry
- Experience with consumer goods
- Some experience dealing with brands and suppliers
- Online and EC background
- Experience at Consumer goods
- Some P&L experience preferred
- Some Marketing and Merchandising experience preferred
- Strategic and Analytical thinking
- Comfortable with data and familiar with scientific approach
- Able to work with stakeholders across a matrix organization
- Degree in business, computer science or relevant discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in online sales management
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
