Job scope:
- Assist operations manager in roster scheduling, staff deployment
- Involve in site/outlet operations and coordination work
- Liaise with vendors & assist in procurement / replenishment of stocks
- Responsible for site manpower planning including hiring of temp staff
- In charge of checking / tally temp / perm staff timesheets versus roster including overtime work
Requirement:
- 2-3 years in Operations work including procurement, coordination, deployment of staff
- Willing to work retail hours when necessary
- Willing to travel to project sites islandwide when required (Transport claimable)
- Good attitude, self starter, team player
Industry: Australian MNC dealing with photography, print scans for Tourism / Hospitality
Work location (Office): Tai Seng
Outlets: Jewel Canopy Park, Gardens by the bay, Sg Flyer, Science Centre & other ad hoc projects
Work arrangement: Hybrid / wfh & onsite
Work hours: 9am to 6pm / Mon to Fri (may have to work retail hours at times)
