Responsibilities
● Own, maintain and proactively optimise the architecture and technical design of the custom built application
● Design and implement high performance and scalable web based application
● Lead, mentor and advice onshore and offshore development team on technical implementations
● Hands-on and able to demonstrate certain coding practice to the development team
● Optimise the design of existing application, services and components to ensure the relevancy of the frameworks used. Part of the responsibility includes migration to .Net core.
● Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as team members, Product Owner, Project Managers, Quality Assurance team and IT Ops in releasing product updates
● Collaborate with another product teams to ensure consistent design and integrated solution
● Drive necessary and strategic changes to the product in response to business needs
Requirements
● Minimum 10 Years experience in web development
● Minimum 3 Years experience in technical design
● Extensive experience in Full-Stack development on Microsoft Technologies, such as .Net core, ASP.Net MVC/API, and SQL Server.
● Strong understanding of web application security such as OWASP Top 10
● Familiar with cloud development on AWS Platform.
● Familiarity with frameworks/libraries/design pattern such as ReactJS, Bootstrap, Domain Driven Design will be an advantage
● Familiarity with Kubernetes will be an advantage
● Experience leading product development team will be an advantage
● Experience in CRM or eCommerce domain will be an advantage
● Eyes for details and strong analytical skills
