Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and re-engineer office administrative procedures, implementing new processes to improve efficiency if necessary
- Manage and coordinate the Founders’ calendar, including scheduling appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Organize meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary.
- Assist with personal tasks for the Founders as needed, such as running errands, personal shopping, and organizing personal appointments.
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
- Perform a full spectrum of office admin duties that include ordering supplies, managing vendors and a records database.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Office Admin, or similar role.
- Excellent MS Office knowledge and Mandarin proficiency to liaise with overseas associates .
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
- Willingness and ability to work at very flexible working hours.
- High School diploma; additional qualifications as a Personal Assistant or Secretary are a plus.
