Administrative Coordinator - Penjuru / Marine Industry [3770]
Working days: 5.5 days work [Mon-Fri 8am to 5pm, Sat 8am - 12pm]
Salary: $2300 - $3500
Location: Penjuru Tech Hub
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Oversee and coordinate various projects, ensuring timely execution and adherence to project timelines.
- Documentation Management: Maintain accurate and organized documentation related to company activities, including contracts, agreements, and project plans.
- Communication Liaison: Act as a primary point of contact between internal teams and external, facilitating effective communication and information flow.
- Event Planning: Assist in organizing company projects or events, contributing to their growth and development.
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing correspondence.
- Resource Allocation: Collaborate with internal departments to allocate resources effectively for jobs, ensuring optimal utilization.
Job Requirements:
- With relevant experience in administrative roles, preferably in support of SME initiatives.
- Proficiency in MS Office, XERO software and project management tools is an advantage.
