RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations that explain our products and services to potential and existing customers
- Work with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and determine system requirements
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer demands and provide sales support
- Generate high-quality sales leads and follow up after initial contact
- Secure and renew orders, negotiate prices, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide technical assistance and training to customers on the use and maintenance of our products
- Research and develop new products and applications for the oil and gas market
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer feedback
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote our brand and network with potential clients
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts and maintain records of sales activities
REQUIREMENT
- Diploma in engineering, preferably in mechanical, chemical, or petroleum engineering
- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of oil and gas equipment and processes
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
