The Procurement Executive is responsible and accountable for (but not limited to) the following:-
- Collection of materials from the local market based on jit(just in time) procurement
- Identifying the products as per samples from operations and sending appropriate suppliers to make/supply similar products
- Raise and issue Purchase Orders (PO).
- Monitor PO progress and expedite deliveries.
- Liaise with shippers, forwarders and warehouse to coordinate/monitor shipments.
- Manage a price database of goods and services.
- To ensure that all activities are carried out in accordance with the company's quality, health, safety & environment (QHSE) and Eithics & Compliance policies
- Perform any other duties as requested by Team Leader/Procurement Manager
