Our client is from Healthcare Manufacturing industry. They are looking for a Logistics Supervisor to assist their team for the next phase of their business. They are located in the East- transport provided.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and nurture a team of warehouse personnel, overseeing daily operations, recruitment, and training initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment and accurate stock management.
- Conduct thorough investigations into inventory and shipment discrepancies, identifying root causes and implementing preventive actions.
- Review, update, and maintain relevant procedures and documentation, providing timely training when needed.
- Supervise and manage departmental procurement activities.
- Conduct periodic system testing, simulations, and validations.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in any relavant field.
- Min 3 years of working experience in leadership.
- Experience in Supply Chain industry is a bonus.
