- Provide Corporate Secretarial advice to clients.
- Prepare or renew minutes of Directors' and Shareholders' meetings as well as Directors' and Shareholders' resolutions for specific transactions.
- Manage a portfolio of companies.
- Ensure compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Perform any duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Head of Corporate Secretarial.
Requirements
- Minimum 3-4 years of Corporate Secretarial experience.
- Minimum diploma qualification.
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
