Responsibilities
1. Assist in planning and conceptualising sports/ social activities within budgeted funds
2. Organise activities and ensure smooth execution
3. Monitor and evaluate the success of the activities, investigate trends, recommend and implement modifications to improve effectiveness
4. Provide secretariat support to Sub-committees/ Sections
5. Prepare timely reports
Any other task as assigned by the Sports & Events Manager
Requirements
1. Minimum Diploma with at least 2 years’ relevant working experience
2. Meticulous and a team player with a positive working attitude, preferably with a keen interest in sports
3. Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
4. Proficient in MS Office applications and minutes writing
