Duties
• To oversee the QA/QC group.
• To give the team members guidance and training in façade-related tasks.
• To evaluate every step of the construction process. When required, offer suggestions for improvement and ongoing evaluation.
• To guarantee that appropriate maintenance and implementation of internal quality controls
• To produce high-quality work, collaborate closely with other project workers, including the production and site management teams.
• Create a monthly analysis and report on site and project activity for management.
Requirements
• Accredited diploma or degree in relevant discipline
• Working knowledge of contractors
• Relevant experience in construction or civil engineering, ideally with knowledge in installing façades
• Ability to work well in a team and adjust to changing circumstances
