Job Responsibilities:
- Creatively promoting Company's products and services to develop sales opportunities.
- Proactively maintain and develop existing and new customers.
- Handle inbound sales calls, emails and pro-actively follows up on opportunities to potential and existing customers.
- Prepare quotations, follow up and perform order-processing for assigned sales leads in compliance with company's standards of service delivery.
- Responsible for the proper display of visual merchandise in the display areas.
- Make outbound follow-up calls to existing customers via telephone or visits, proactively promote, cross-sell and up-sell to develop business.
- Work closely with team members and other function groups to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Gather competitor info/activities and report such to Product Management and Marketing Teams.
- Collaborate with appropriate team members to determine necessary strategic sales approaches
- Participate in sales and marketing events to promote Company products and services.
