1. Position: Steward
- Salary S$1,900 - S$2,300 monthly
- Reports to Head Chef
Job Description: A steward will need to be able to perform routine tasks to assist the daily needs of the kitchen. Working in an efficient manner.
Job Responsibilities
- Ensuring the kitchen is in a well kept manner at all times (floors are dry, all kitchen equipment is clean and ready for use, all areas of the kitchen are clean).
- Adheres to food hygiene policy.
- Ensures cleanliness and orderliness in all work areas is maintained.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with standard procedures related to food preparation, receiving, and storage.
- Proficiency in operating equipment according to standard functions.
- Demonstrates cooperation, reliability within the team, and meets deadlines.

2. Position: Line Cook
- Salary S$2,500 - S$2,900 monthly
- Reports to CDP
Job Description: Responsible for assisting the CDP with prepping and light cooking.

- Handles daily food preparation and fulfills tasks delegated by the CDP (Chef de Partie).
- Adheres to food hygiene policy.
- Ensures cleanliness and orderliness in all work areas is maintained.

3. Position: Chef de Partie
- Salary S$2,800 - S$3,000 monthly
- Reports to Sous Chef
- Supervises Line Cook
Job Description: Responsible for leading a section of Restaurant Air.
Job Responsibilities
- Takes care of daily food preparation and duties assigned by management.
- Keep up to date with new products, recipes, and preparation methods.
- Ensure high standards and consistent quality of product.
- Comply with conditions of food hygiene policy.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all work areas.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of menu composition, recipes, methods of production and presentation standards.
- Familiarity with standard procedures related to food preparation, receiving, and storage.
- Proficiency in operating equipment according to standard functions.
- Demonstrates cooperation, reliability within the team, and meets deadlines.
- At least 1 year of experience in CDP or similar roles.
