- Answering enquires from all different mediums such as walk-ins, phone calls etc
- Assisting customers in any services as required
- Develop customer service quality benchmark
- Supporting new developments and initiatives
- Handling of administative tasks
- Any other adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in B2C sales will be an advantage
- Location: Somerset
- Working hours: Mon - Fri, 8:30am - 6pm
- Salary: Up to $4500
- 1 year contract (renewable)
- Able to start work immediate or within short notice
