As the Client Business Manager for Singapore Southeast Asia, you will be working in one of the most innovative and transformative business units in Asset Management globally. The Business Management role works closely with many groups across the organization, the wider JPMorgan franchise and external groups in the management, development and growth of the business in Singapore Southeast Asia. Demonstrating strategic thought leadership, as well as delivery of best practices, you will leverage your deep understanding of the Asset Management business to advise and deliver on a range of initiatives for the success of the group. Job responsibilities
• Enable the effective implementation of recently announced Strategic Partnerships across the organization
• Partner with the Country Head and their leadership team to execute on business deliverables and promote innovative developments in meeting its objectives
• Support and represent the required governance and oversight process for the business in a range of operational, client and regulatory related matters
• Collaborate globally across the Firm to achieve optimal outcomes for the business in Southeast Asia
• Partner with Finance and Business Management partners across a range of regional and global initiatives in delivering efficiencies and leading best practices
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or other related area
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in one or more of the roles in Product, Strategy, Client or Business Management within the Asset Management or Wealth Management/Private Bank business in the banking industry
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills
• Present well to senior and global business heads
• Able to forge strong internal relationships across a broad range of functions
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
• Self-motivated, tenacious and able to work with high degree of independence
• Able to both define and deliver to conclusion a strategic agenda across multiple groups
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to analyze large data sets and present conclusions concisely
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
