Job Summary
Assist in the management and analytics work of Compensation programs in the Corporate C&B team within Venture group of entities.
Responsibilities :
As an Analyst / Senior Analyst, the incumbent is to manage end to end transactional and analytical aspects of compensation matters. The major duties as below but not limited to:
- Assist in managing the annual salary review cycle from benchmarking to analysis and creation of salary ranges and structures within the Venture group of entities.
- Participate in survey data analysis or gathering with local HR on annual market survey data submission.
- To partner with local HR in developing compensation solutions to support the people strategies of the Company
- To manage job evaluation and market benchmarking in accordance to company set principles.
- Assist in prepping and providing high quality analytics to management.
- Develop compensation training materials and train/educate HR Business Partners who in turn train the business they support
- To partner with the HR Operations group to develop technology/operational interfaces that support self-service or automation and facilitate ease of access to information.
- Develop data analytics and reporting on C&B analysis for quality decision-making.
- Manage compensation projects.
- Analyze cost containment strategies and growth strategies.
- Reviews proposed salary adjustments for conformance to established guidelines and recommends corrective or alternative actions to resolve compensation-related problems.
- Formulates recommendations regarding development of company salary structure, job revisions and organizational structures. Recommend company salary structure movements and salary increase budgets.
- Ensures company compliance with local legislation governing both compensation and benefits practices.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Finance, Business or related disciplines
- 5 to 8 years' relevant C&B experience from MNC or high-tech manufacturing industry.
- CCP / GRP is preferred.
- Excellent data analytics skills in MS Excel is a requisite; Power BI and design thinking is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and proven ability to exercise independent judgment and work independently.
- Strong interpersonal, organization and communication skills.
- Positive, can-do, mature attitude. Hands-on and able to work under tight deadlines and challenging environments.
- Good knowledge of C&B principles and concepts.
- Familiar with Asian compensation and benefits laws and regulations, experience in managing Europe and US markets a plus.
- Prior experience in a medium to large matrix organization, and managing stakeholders from different cultural backgrounds is a distinct advantage.
- Strong aptitude for statistical analysis and management reports.
