Our client, a well-known company is looking for candidates for the position of Sales Coordinator.
The sales Coordinator in a manufacturing setting plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring efficient communication between various departments involved in the sales process.
This position involves coordinating activities related to sales, order processing, and customer service to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Job Scope:
- Receive and review customer purchase orders for accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and other relevant departments to fulfill orders promptly.
- Primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing information on products, services, and order status.
- Communicate with customers to provide updates on their orders, delivery schedules, and any issues that may arise.
- Generate and maintain sales reports, including tracking sales performance and forecasting.
- Prepare regular sales reports for management, summarizing key performance indicators and trends.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the production team to ensure product availability.
- Collaborate with the appropriate departments to implement corrective actions.
- Work closely with the finance department for invoicing and payment processing.
- Provide feedback to the sales team based on customer interactions and market intelligence.
Requirement:
- Diploma Holder
- Sales coordination experiences in electronics manufacturing industry may be advantageous
