Purpose:
- To support Asia Pacific Business and Operating Companies (OpCos) to make use of digital technology (i.e., Microsoft Power Platform, etc) to achieve business transformation through automation and productivity improvement
- To perform the role of DX Technology Subject Matter Expert
- To drive the Centre of Excellence of the DX technologies within the Asia Pacific Region
The key roles and responsibilities are as follows:
- Supports advanced inquiries that cannot be answered by the community. This involves investigating on the issues reported, providing resolutions or workarounds
- Escalate and coordinate with Microsoft and related departments (HQ DX Initiative Department, ICT, etc.) to resolve the problem
- Review and support the design and construction of systems by the DX champions from FBAP departments/Opcos
- Deploy Operations DX activities from a technical perspective so that other departments and OpCos can learn about and implement them
- Research, learn and distribute information on new technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML)
- Collaborate with L&D to setup in eLearning platform, where required
- Provide expert knowledge on the usage of the DX technologies to improve the technical approach or design of DX project initiatives
- Provide 24x7 systems support according to Opco/FBAP/FFAP business unit SLA
- Provide periodic reports to reporting manager on work assignment status/project progress
- Other duties as assigned
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications, skills and experiences:
- At least 10 years information & communication technology experience in an MNC
- Degree in Computer Science / Engineering or IT related fields
- Highly proficient with DX technologies (Microsoft Power Platform)
- Familiar with High Tech Industry
- Good IT support and troubleshooting skills
- Proficient in business as well as technical writing / documentation
- Good knowledge in application deployment & solutioning
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Customer focus and have business sense
- Organizing, planning & good time management
