Job Responsibilities:
- Actively search for new tenants and work with appointed agents to source suitable tenants.
- Handle negotiations for lease renewals.
- Finalize lease agreements and associated leasing documentation.
- Perform competitive market research and track market trends.
- Engage with tenants and building occupants on leasing and tenancy-related matters.
