Your Role As a Leader.

Guide the Vision and Strategy behind HR.

  1. Build a Resilient Culture First Foundation: Recognise changing business needs and listen to our employees to help us make better decisions and bring about real change in our company.
  2. Leadership: Lead a group of HR executives who are responsible for delivering business impact through HR policies and processes.
  3. Employee Development: Help your people to grow.

Strategic Planning.

1. Manpower Planning

  • Develop a healthy manpower budget with the management team to ensure prompt deployment of resources to support company operations.

2. Enhance Employees’ Experience at All Touch Points.

  • Speed up hiring by developing multiple recruitment pipelines.
  • Increase retention rate by improving Hiring, Retention, Exit and Payroll processes, initiatives and policies.

3. Encourage Productivity.

  • Measure what matters, guide HODs in reviewing their KRAs.
  • With the HODs, discover new ways to make work better and more enjoyable. Explore digitization and process automation with our Change Manager.

4. Positive Growth Mindset to Develop Our People

  • Grow and retain our people through data-driven strategies that support continuous business growth even during challenging times.
  • Encourage our managers to have more 1-1 conversations and empower them with tools and resources to achieve their talent development goals.
  • Provide employees with actionable development plans that are aligned with the company’s strategic growth.
  • We don’t “Sell” potential employees the dream career growth because we deliver it.

Who You Are.

  1. Worker- & Data-Obsessed
    You love numbers, and you’re great at uncovering worker insights, behavior and trends through employee engagement surveys. We hypothesize, test and iterate to refine our innovative HR policies and plans.
  2. Goal Getter
    You are highly organised, and able to manage and prioritise your workload and tasks to achieve your goals and KPI’s.
  3. Effective Communicator and Mediator
    You possess outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written. Adept at simplifying concepts, communicating company-wide HR policies and resolving conflicts.

Required Experience.

  • Relentless energy to push yourself further. Pick up new skills and find new ways to reach our shared goals.
  • Be undefeated by failures and embrace learning. We try new things that sometimes don’t work, which is part and parcel of growth hacking.
  • Possess the wisdom to counter naysayers.
  • You enjoy developing Human Resources and Human Capital, and have performed this role effectively in the past with success.
  • At least 5 years of experience working in a generalist HR function. Have a thorough understanding of Singapore employment legislation, regulations and best practices.
