My client is a Swiss based MNC specializing in Piping System and currently looking for a Sales Development Leader to manage a team through the implementation of efficient processes and policies pertaining to the entire process of order fulfillment. The candidate must be able to motivate, coach and mentor the team in ensuring the delivery of quality customer service to the customers.
Job Descriptions:
- To manage, motivate, coach and mentor team members to deliver optimal results through established and/or new processes; responsible for evaluating team performance and provide recommendations to the Head of Sales.
- Responsible for driving initiatives to ensure efficient sales development processes; take ownership over sales development tools including CRM Sales Hub, Customer Service Hub and Nimbus.
- Be responsible in driving the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) of the team in the following categories:
- Customer Enquiries
- Sales Quotations
- Lead Generation/Qualifications
- Project Support
- Take up the responsibility as the Sales Development for the allocated industry segment; product selection, preparation of SAP quotation, advising on lead time pre-sales and lead qualifications
