Job Description
The role shall be responsible to ensure the overall effectiveness of day-to-day Finance function and work cohesively & effectively in alignment with the overall Company objectives.
KEY ROLE(S), RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
• Manage accounting functions/control activities relating to general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, credit, income, general cashier, cost, etc.
• Assist in month end closing activities
• Weekly cash flow reporting.
• Assist in the preparation of GST and Corporate Income Tax returns.
• Assisting in the preparation of year end statutory accounts.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Head of Finance.
Requirements
• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy, Business, Finance
• At least 3-5 years of finance related experience
• Background in fast-paced retail environment is a plus
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Knowledge of Dynamic AX/D365 is preferred.
• Dynamic individual who enjoys challenges.
• Independent self-starter who is diligent, proactive, meticulous and resourceful.
• Good team player.
• Able to strive in a fast paced, results-oriented environment.
• Good organizational skills.
• Communication and interpersonal skills combined with self-assurance and confidence.
