Our client is looking for Industrial Relations Specialist to promote a positive and productive working environment by managing and maintaining effective relationships between employees, management, and labor unions.
Job Description:
- Promote and built positive workplace relationships, collaborating closely with various stakeholders
- Address concerns, resolving disputes, and negotiating agreements that support workers' well-being.
- Lead initiatives to enhance workers' skills and productivity C
- Conduct research to identify trends, areas of concern, or opportunities for improvement.
- Use data-driven insights to develop and implement strategies for enhancing employee and labor relations.
Job Requirement:
- Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Human Resource / Sociology or any other relevant discipline
- Good communication and Interpersonal skills
- Candidate with no experience are welcomed as training will be provided
