Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the execution of import documentation requirements for shipments
  • Ensure that all documentation meets import regulations.
  • Support strategic plans for carrier contract negotiations, shipment order handling, transportation network order execution and monitoring.
  • Arrange details of shipments with forwarders, carriers as necessary for exports.
  • Prepare and manage the logistics system to optimize time management.
  • Responsible for maintaining a record of all outstanding purchase orders with external vendors.
  • Handling logistics for customers and requesting for invoices and follow ups of the same.
  • Daily basis follow ups in terms of completion of the orders and meeting client requirements.
  • Only Singaporeans may apply.

Requirements :

  • No working experience are welcome to apply.
  • Have a solid background in Business Administration and be familiar with key words such as Order, order confirmation, payment terms, delivery terms, transport documents, etc.
  • Proficiency in English written is a must. Ability to speak other foreign language(s) is (are) an advantage.
  • Computer literacy (Proficiency in Microsoft Office).
  • Complete knowledge of Import Documentations & freight forwarding.
  • High attention to details (e.g. order verification).
  • The ability to multi-task and stay organized.
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure to multiple deadlines.
  • Critical thinking, addressing problems and providing solution ideas.
  • Great communication skills and experience working as a team player
