Responsibilities
- Responsible for the execution of import documentation requirements for shipments
- Ensure that all documentation meets import regulations.
- Support strategic plans for carrier contract negotiations, shipment order handling, transportation network order execution and monitoring.
- Arrange details of shipments with forwarders, carriers as necessary for exports.
- Prepare and manage the logistics system to optimize time management.
- Responsible for maintaining a record of all outstanding purchase orders with external vendors.
- Handling logistics for customers and requesting for invoices and follow ups of the same.
- Daily basis follow ups in terms of completion of the orders and meeting client requirements.

Requirements :
- No working experience are welcome to apply.
- Have a solid background in Business Administration and be familiar with key words such as Order, order confirmation, payment terms, delivery terms, transport documents, etc.
- Proficiency in English written is a must. Ability to speak other foreign language(s) is (are) an advantage.
- Computer literacy (Proficiency in Microsoft Office).
- Complete knowledge of Import Documentations & freight forwarding.
- High attention to details (e.g. order verification).
- The ability to multi-task and stay organized.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure to multiple deadlines.
- Critical thinking, addressing problems and providing solution ideas.
- Great communication skills and experience working as a team player
