Responsibilities
- Responsible for conceptualize the assembly process either in semi-auto, fully automatic machines or multi-purpose fixtures for new products with both quality and cost considerations
- Responsible in planning, excuting and completing assembly process per the established timing and quality requirements.
- Responsible for design, coordinate fabrication, assembly, debug and test run the equipment.
- Responsible for establishing process parameters for all new assembly operations/machines and update all process specifications or issues before release to manufacturing.
- Responsible for production output, quality & yield during the transfer phase to production.
Requirements
- Min Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing or other relevant discipline
- Min 3 years of working experience in process development
- Proficient with Mechanical Design, Solid Mechanics theory and its application to product design
