Job Responsibilities & Duties:
- Collaborating on resource requests with internal departments.
- Documenting processes and maintaining records of resource requests
- Provide administrative support as needed.
- Other ad-hoc duties which may be assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1 year experience as project admin in IT Field
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
