Job Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Collaborating on resource requests with internal departments.
  • Documenting processes and maintaining records of resource requests
  • Provide administrative support as needed.
  • Other ad-hoc duties which may be assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1 year experience as project admin in IT Field
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Demonstrated ability to establish effective and cooperative working relationships built on trust
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
