Job Duties:
- Providing daily support to ensure smooth operation of daily work
- Handling enquiries & to assist to rectify any potential issues
- Assisting in the overall running of system operations
- To attend to operational matters as and when deemed necessary and make prompt decisions to mitigate any disruptions to the overall operations
- Check that all tender amount declaration is done correctly and ensure that the tender-to-date amount tallies with the bank-in to-date amount
- To verify daily cash collection tally with the report at the end of the shift
- Other ad-hoc duties as per assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE O level with 1 year of Customer Service or Cashiering experience
- Pro-active, resourceful & effective in problem solving
- Willing to commit rotating shift, weekends & public holiday

- Working Hours: 10am - 10pm / 10pm - 10am
