At BigFundr, Marketing is about understanding people and building awareness of how our products and services can satisfy their needs. The BIGFUNDR Marketing Manager plays a critical role in aligning creative direction with the company’s strategic goals. You will be responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans to attract potential investors and retain existing ones. Additionally, you will take charge of overseeing the campaign management for the suite of savings and investment products carried by BigFundr. You should be equally proficient with day-to-day Marketing activities and long-term strategizing, and strive under tight deadlines to meet the company's changing needs.
To excel in this role, you are expected to be a self-starter, keen learner and be adaptable to changes. Applicants must demonstrate strong communication skills (verbal, written, graphic) skills, and have a creative and analytical mind.

Key responsibilities
· Plan, Develop and Implement effective marketing strategies to achieve set business goals and objectives
· Conduct market research and analyse industry trends, customer behaviours and competitive landscape to identify opportunities
· Uphold and strengthen BigFundr’s brand identity across all marketing channels
· Execute and manage online advertising campaigns (SEM, display, and social media)
· Utilise SEO, SEM, email marketing and social media platforms to generate leads and enhance online presence
· Oversee the creation, execution and analysis of various marketing campaigns, including digital, print, events and content marketing
· Own and manage Bigfundr’s social media accounts and platforms
· Generate and analyse reports on campaign performance
· Lead and execute BigFundr’s data analytics strategies
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute marketing initiatives
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new marketing technologies
· Work with and monitor appointed branding agencies, media buying and external UI/UX team
· Acquire new clients through active participation in corporate events and seminars, referrals and active personal networking
· Allocate and manage marketing budget efficiently to maximize ROI
· Monitor, analyze and report on marketing performance metrics to offer insights and recommendations
Qualifications and Experience
· Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related fields
· Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns
· Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing
· Proficient in website analytics tools such as Google Analytics
· Strong project management and organizational skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Good command of English
· Adept at problem-solving and be able to multi-task
· Have an eye for details
· Team player with a positive, pleasant & outgoing personality
· Familiarity with the fintech or financial industry is a plus
· Must be able to work in Singapore
