JOB DESCRIPTION
- Assisting the daily retail operations which include customer service, inventory management, merchandising, housekeeping, POS handling, and retail administration.
- Serving and attending to the customer’s needs and inquiries, ensuring visual merchandising standards are adhered to at all times, replenishment of stocks, and ensure all available styles are properly displayed.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Manage accounts following closure for expanded sales opportunities
- Track, monitor and report sales activities using our CRM system
- Maintain and build relationship with new and existing clients
- Ad hoc duties
