Integrated Wellness Centre

The Integrated Wellness Centre (IWC) is a Collective Impact Project that aims to create an inclusive, safe, and youth-centric space. With the commitment of stakeholders from the people-public-private sectors (3P), the IWC is designed to break the barriers of help-seeking, improve youth’s quality-of-life, mental health, and well-being. It will provide a one-stop space with robust wellness activities and mental health services to engage and support youths and their caregivers.


About the Role

As the appointed backbone agency, SHINE is responsible for convening, facilitating and engaging stakeholders within the Collective working on the IWC. Be part of the team working alongside the Collective’s Steering Committee to 1) guide the vision and strategic direction of the IWC and 2) coordinate the efforts of partners and stakeholders to curate enterprising and engaging activities and integrate services and initiatives for the project.


The role involves:

1. Groupwork and Facilitation

· Work with the team to plan and execute meetings with interdisciplinary teams, community partners, and stakeholders


2. Stakeholder Partnerships

· Build rapport and professional relationships with interdisciplinary teams, community partners, and stakeholders

· Work with the team and stakeholders to plan and execute events organised for the Collective


3. Data Management

· Collate, analyse and interpret data for the Collective


4. Administrative Duties

· Assist in external proposal and report writing

· Coordinate meetings with interdisciplinary teams, community partners, and stakeholders

· Perform any other administrative duties or projects, as required


Personnel Specification

Technical Competencies:

- Degree or diploma in any discipline, preferably with 1 – 2 years of relevant work experience

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Good administration and organizational skills


Core Competencies:

- Passionate in working in the arena of Youth Mental Health and Wellness work

- Interest in pioneering work

- Comfortable in working with interdisciplinary teams, community partners, and stakeholders

- A team player and equally adept at working independently

- Pleasant disposition with a willingness to learn

- Quick thinking, adaptable and responsive to change

- Enthusiastic and self-motivated
