Role
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Assistant Student Care Teacher to join our relief team as we look to build the future of student care at Agora Colearning.
Responsibilities
- Supporting the Core Teacher in students school assignments / spelling
- Building and maintaining relationships with parents, guardians, and community stakeholders.
- Assisting in creating and maintaining a positive and supportive work environment for teachers and staff.
- Managing any behavioural issues or concerns that arise with children in the student care.
- Maintaining accurate records of attendance, activities, and progress of each child in the student care.
Requirements
- Ability to understand the primary school curricular content and supervise homework completion (accuracy and academic support are not expected, but minimum understanding is important)
- Great communication and classroom management skills
- Creative, enthusiastic, and energetic, with a positive mindset to learn and grow
