Key Responsibilities:
· Assist team leaders in servicing an existing portfolio of SGX-listed and privately-owned companies to help them achieve their IR/PR objectives
· Regular communication with C-Suite executives to understand their IR/PR objectives in order to plan or refine their IR/PR roadmap accordingly
· Prepare relevant communication collateral, which includes corporate presentations, factsheets, press releases, website information, and quarterly/yearly financial reports, that incorporate our clients’ positioning and key messages
· Co-develop and execute IR/PR strategies on a case-by-case basis effectively based on the clients’ requirements among the targeted audience of analysts, investors, and media
· Organise and coordinate investor meetings, conferences, and media interviews for clients
· Proactively seek out media feature opportunities, be it corporate or personality profiling to improve clients’ publicity and awareness in Singapore and the region
· Carry out media monitoring for clients and prepare summary reports of IR-related activities
Candidate Criteria:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Economics, or Finance with at least 2-3 years of relevant work experience. Those with relevant background (agency or in-house) eg journalism, finance, asset management, investment analysis or corporate communications
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, presentation, interpersonal, and project management skills
· Excellent verbal communication and business writing skills in English and Mandarin
· Able to meet hard deadlines and work effectively under time pressure and provide consistent high-quality work
· Proven ability to multi-task and work both independently and as a team player
· Self-motivated, strong work ethic needed.
