Responsibilities
- Assist on recruiting process, contact potential candidates, arrange interview with different stakeholders of department.
- Assist on employment contract preparation, onboarding of new join, offboarding process.
- Familiar with work pass applications, assist and handle the application, renewal, and cancellation of foreign employee.
- Manage employee leave and attendance, and submission of statutory claims.
- Assist on in-house training, external training sourcing, and company event.
- Maintenance and upkeeping of employee’s profile.
- Maintain of monthly filing.
- Provide administrative support to assistant manager and head of department.
- Other ad-hoc assignments.
Requirements
- Min Diploma graduate in Human Resource Management or Business an advantage
- Min 2 years of work experience in related role.
- Has knowledge and familiar with MOM standards for hiring of foreign employees.
- Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous with good level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Independent, possess good organisation skills with ability to multi-task.
