Administrative duties
· Attend to phone enquiries and walk-ins
· Perform general administrative duties such as bank-in cheques, filing,, document transmittal note, maintain proper documentations
· Submit clearance for personnel to enter to site.
· Arrangement of Drivers to courier documents/ goods
· Assist HR to collate and sort timecard/attendance
· Other Ad-hoc Duties as assigned
Accounting duties
· Check, Verify and process billings and invoices from suppliers/sub contractors
· Check subcontractors invoices tally with QS verified amount/prepare reporting and keep track of invoices/retention amount/claimed amount does not exceed contract sum
· Attend to billing enquiries, check and resolve billing issues/ ensure all purchases are accounted for
· Ensure proper filing system and proper documentation of invoices/DO/subcontractor LOA
· Record entries of supplier’s invoices, petty cash voucher into madsoft system
· Assist in project reporting
· Liaising with accounts executive/manager from HQ
· Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
· Diploma/Degree in Accounting field with at least 2 years of experience.
· Experience in Madsoft Software is an advantage
· Fluent in English & Chinese, Malay is a plus.
· Cheerful, Responsible, Meticulous, Fast-thinker and Takes initiative in work.
· Fast Learner, Able to get things done fast in a systematic way.
· Able to start work immediately or within short notice
