HR Officer & Administrator

Responsibilities (HR):

  • Manage recruitment cycle (advertising, screening, interviewing, hiring)
  • Process work permits, renewals, and cancellations
  • Onboard new employees
  • Assist subsidiaries with HR issues
  • Communicate new regulations and policies
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and industry standards
  • Assist with HR projects and initiatives
  • Review benefits, performance management, and HR processes

Responsibilities (Admin):

  • Provide office reception and administrative support
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and filing
  • Maintain office supplies and pantry
  • Manage routine office maintenance and repairs
  • Assist with festive orders and customer relations
  • Participate in quality control initiatives

Requirements:

  • 2+ years’ experience as an HR Officer or similar role
  • Strong understanding of Singapore’s labor laws
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
  • Fluency in both written and spoken language.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Reliable, enthusiastic, and professional attitude
  • Confident interaction with all levels of staff
