Responsibilities (HR):
- Manage recruitment cycle (advertising, screening, interviewing, hiring)
- Process work permits, renewals, and cancellations
- Onboard new employees
- Assist subsidiaries with HR issues
- Communicate new regulations and policies
- Maintain compliance with company policies and industry standards
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives
- Review benefits, performance management, and HR processes
Responsibilities (Admin):
- Provide office reception and administrative support
- Handle phone calls, emails, and filing
- Maintain office supplies and pantry
- Manage routine office maintenance and repairs
- Assist with festive orders and customer relations
- Participate in quality control initiatives
Requirements:
- 2+ years’ experience as an HR Officer or similar role
- Strong understanding of Singapore’s labor laws
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
- Fluency in both written and spoken language.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Reliable, enthusiastic, and professional attitude
- Confident interaction with all levels of staff
