RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion, especially decisions directly impacting the global operations of the company.
· To act as a first point of contact when dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
· Excellent communication and time management skills; proven ability to meet deadlines.
· To proactively manage and coordinate the diary of the Group CEO by prioritizing and arranging internal and external meetings, ensuring appropriate briefing papers are prepared and provided.
· Plan and organize travel and accommodation when required.
· Maintain effective filling and data storage including emails and retrieval systems ensuring the needs of the Group CEO are met.
· To provide full personal assistant support by dealing with all correspondence and calls, drafting routine letters to a high standard, minute meetings, taking messages and other administrative tasks as required to support the Group CEO.
· Conserve the Group CEO's time by reading, researching, collecting, and analysing information as needed in advance.
· Ability to function well in a fast-paced environment; performs additional duties as assigned by the group CEO.
· Any other jobs or duties assigned by the Group CEO from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
· Degree holder with integrity and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
· 5+ years of related experience required in working in a personal assistant role supporting CEO Level executives.
· Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
· Commitment to excellence - perform duties at the highest level possible, consistently.
· Demonstrate ability and temperament to work with sensitive information
