NAEUM Restaurant Group operates NAEUM, a 1 Michelin starred restaurant in Telok Ayer Street serving contemporary Seoul cuisine.
We are expanding into a new concept in 2024, and actively looking for new team members to join us. In particular, we are looking for a Reservations Executive to join our new grill concept outlet.
Requirements:
- Languages: strong command of spoken and written English. Experience in communicating professionally via e-mails, telephone, and social media platforms
- Strong focus on positive customer experience
- Experience in handling service recovery situations
- At least 3 years of Front of House experience in F&B
