Working Hours: 830am - 5pm

Contract: 6 months
- Address member of public queries on the various tax services for individuals and corporates
- Promote and nudge members of public in the usage of our e-Services and chatbot
- Guide members of public on the step-by-step e-Filing procedures and provide advices on their filing and payment obligations
Job Requirements:
- Singaporean
- At least A levels/ diploma in any field
- Good communication skills
- 1 year of customer service or call centre experience
- Able to handle challenging calls
