Job Description:
· Experience in project management, planning and control of various construction project.
· Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
· Communicate with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure that project goals and objectives are met.
· Attend site meeting, inspection and monitoring of project progress.
· Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
· Provide effective leadership to project teams, including site supervisors and subcontractors.
· Implement and enforce quality control standards to ensure the highest level of construction excellence.
· Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
· Self-motivated and can work independently.
Requirements:
· Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
· At least 5 Year(s) of working experience for A&A projects at Singapore
· Good written communication skills
· Able to use Microsoft Project and AutoCAD
· Able to work independently, multi-task hardworking
· Preferably able to commence within short notice
