Working location: Tuas
Working hours: Mon – Fri, 7.30am to 5.00pm
Salary: $1,800 – $2,700 + OT
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for diagnosing and troubleshooting reported issues, making the corresponding repairs.
- Responsible to conduct routine Maintaining and repairing equipment.
- Write and keep a service report/history in order to use this data to diagnose and address future issues.
- Data analysis to assess the performance of machinery.
- Communicating with and supporting engineers
- Documenting machine safety and maintenance
- Report to immediate reporting immediately when abnormality is found at work.
- Ability to work on fundamental tools like screwdrivers, alan-keys, calipers, gas-welding/cutting apparatus, power grinders.
- To ensure proper housekeeping is carried out daily.
- Complete any other adhoc tasks assigned by immediate reporting/Plant Manager.
Requirement:
- At least 3 years of working experience in the mechanical engineering field.
- Must have hand-on repair experience on assembly line, welder machine.
- Hands-on 80% at work. Knowledgeable with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
